1. Services

FUSION GADGETS Studio ("we," "us," or "the Studio") provides digital product development services including web development, mobile application development, and custom software solutions. FUSION GADGETS Studio is a digital services division of FUSION GADGETS.

2. Project Engagement

All projects are initiated through a formal proposal and agreement process. Work begins only after both parties have agreed to the scope, timeline, and payment terms in writing.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including but not limited to projects that conflict with our values, exceed our capacity, or fall outside our expertise.

3. Payments

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones or project completion.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work until accounts are settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Scope Changes

Changes to the agreed scope of work may require timeline and cost adjustments. Significant scope changes will be documented in a revised agreement before implementation.

6. Warranty & Support

We warrant that deliverables will function as specified in the project agreement. Post-delivery support terms are specified in individual project agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where FUSION GADGETS is registered.
