Service & Integration Limitations

Last updated: February 2026

1. Overview

FUSION GADGETS Studio strives to deliver high-quality digital solutions. However, certain limitations apply to our services. This document outlines those limitations to ensure transparency and set appropriate expectations.

2. Right to Refuse Integrations

We reserve the right to decline integration requests with third-party services, APIs, or systems for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Technical incompatibility or instability of the third-party service
  • Inadequate documentation or support from the third-party provider
  • Security concerns or vulnerabilities
  • Licensing restrictions or cost prohibitions
  • Services that conflict with our values or policies

3. Resource Limitations

Project scope and timelines are subject to our current capacity and resource availability. We may:

  • Decline projects that exceed our current capacity
  • Propose adjusted timelines based on resource availability
  • Recommend phased delivery for complex projects
  • Suggest alternative approaches within our capabilities

4. Third-Party Dependencies

Many projects rely on third-party services, libraries, or APIs. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party services
  • Price increases or policy changes by third-party providers
  • Bugs or security issues in third-party code
  • Performance issues caused by third-party services

We will inform you of known risks and recommend alternatives when available.

5. Scope of Work Protection

Our commitment is limited to the agreed scope of work. The following are not included unless explicitly specified:

  • Content creation (text, images, videos) beyond placeholder content
  • Ongoing maintenance beyond the agreed support period
  • Training beyond basic usage documentation
  • Hardware, hosting, or third-party subscription costs
  • Marketing, SEO optimization, or advertising services

6. Technology Constraints

We work with modern, well-supported technologies. We may decline to work with:

  • Deprecated or unsupported technologies
  • Proprietary systems without proper documentation
  • Legacy systems that pose security risks
  • Technologies outside our core expertise

7. Client Responsibilities

Successful project delivery requires client participation, including:

  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Provision of required content and assets
  • Access to necessary accounts and systems
  • Clear communication of requirements and changes

Delays caused by lack of client participation may result in timeline adjustments.
