Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

FUSION GADGETS Studio is committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for digital services. Due to the nature of custom development work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Before Project Commencement

If you wish to cancel before any work has begun:

  • Full refund of any advance payments within 7 business days
  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email

3. During Project Development

If you wish to cancel during development:

  • Payment for work completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable
  • You will receive all completed deliverables up to that point
  • Remaining unused advance payments may be refunded proportionally
  • A cancellation fee may apply based on project complexity

4. After Project Delivery

Once a project is delivered and accepted:

  • No refunds are available for completed and delivered work
  • Issues or bugs discovered after delivery will be addressed per our warranty terms
  • Additional changes beyond the original scope are billable separately

5. Studio-Initiated Cancellation

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a project. This includes:

  • Non-payment or significant payment delays
  • Lack of required client cooperation or communication
  • Requests that conflict with our values or capabilities

In such cases, we will refund any payments for undelivered work.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our services, please contact us directly to discuss resolution options. We prefer to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion before considering formal proceedings.
